We are looking for **Promoters for in-person campaigns and activations**, for a **public institution**. We seek energetic, proactive individuals with strong communication skills and a service-oriented vocation, who enjoy direct interaction with people and wish to join dynamic and informative campaigns across various locations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Guide, train, and inform the public during activations. * Invite participation in interactive activities, games, and campaign events. * Communicate messages clearly, kindly, and dynamically. * Provide general support in executing activations. * Collaborate with the team on basic operational and logistical tasks. **Candidate Profile:** * Must be over 18 years old. * Minimum requirement: completed secondary education. University students preferred. * Prior experience is not mandatory, but experience in BTL activations, promotions, or customer service will be valued. * Positive attitude, charisma, and strong interpersonal communication skills. * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. **Position Conditions:** * Campaign-based employment. * Partial and rotating shifts of 4 to 6 hours. * In-person activations in Lima. * Occasionally, some campaigns may take place in provinces; in such cases, corresponding travel expenses will be covered. **Who Are We Looking For?** Dynamic, committed individuals eager to participate in in-person campaigns that combine information dissemination, close engagement with citizens, and hands-on field experience. **Interested candidates should submit their CV and photograph.** rosario@azulcomunica.com Salary: S/.70\.00 \- S/.120\.00 per day Work Location: On-site employment
