Opportunity for professional development **Job Description** We are currently seeking an **Occupational Psychologist** to conduct occupational psychological assessments, prepare reports, and carry out activities related to psychosocial risk factor monitoring and mental health promotion in the workplace. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct interviews and occupational psychological assessments for workers from various companies. **Requirements** * Prepare occupational psychological reports in accordance with established protocols. * Identify psychosocial and occupational risk factors that may affect workers' mental health. * Administer, score, and interpret occupational psychological tests. * Maintain up-to-date records, forms, and documentation for the department. * Participate in training, promotion, and prevention activities related to occupational health. * Support clinical record audits and service documentation control. * Coordinate with various clinical and administrative departments to ensure efficient service delivery. * Ensure proper use and maintenance of assigned equipment, materials, and instruments. * Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Management. **Requirements** **Education:** * Professional degree in Psychology. * Valid professional license. (Desirable) * Valid professional certification. * Updated professional documentation. * Minimum 1 year of experience in Occupational Health. * Knowledge and experience in occupational psychological assessment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office at user level. * Diploma, course, or specialization in Occupational Psychology or Occupational Health. (Desirable) * Experience in psychosocial factor monitoring and preparation of occupational reports.
