Position Summary: Occupational Psychologist with experience in occupational mental health and psychosocial risk management to develop plans, conduct monitoring, and provide psychological support. Psychological counseling and guidance for workers Occupational Psychologist – Lurín Requirements: Occupational Psychologist with experience in occupational mental health and psychosocial risk management. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Location: Lurín – Lima Main Responsibilities: * Develop the mental health plan and program. * Monitor the mental health program. * Deliver mental health promotion trainings and workshops. * Provide psychological counseling and guidance to workers. * Implement monitoring of psychosocial agents and prepare the corresponding report, per Law No. 30974 and its amendments. * Implement and monitor the behavior-based safety program. * Prepare psychosocial risk reports for employees. * Other duties related to occupational psychology services.
