Job Summary: We are seeking a Psychology/Social Work Assistant to provide basic care, promote autonomy, and improve the quality of life of people with disabilities in a residential setting. And if you wish to pursue professional development in Spain, this is your opportunity to join an institution committed to well-being and social inclusion. **What do we offer?** * Direct care and comprehensive support to adults with disabilities in a residential setting, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being while promoting autonomy and quality of life. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in basic daily living activities (feeding, personal hygiene, care, and companionship). * Accompanying residents during internal and external transfers. * Collaborating with the work team following the Center's guidelines. * Addressing assistance and emotional needs according to designated technical protocols. * Promoting the autonomy and active participation of individuals served. * Participating in the preparation, review, and updating of PIAIs (Individualized Interdisciplinary Care Plans). * Implementing care and activities established in Life Maps and PIAIs. * Maintaining organization of clothing and personal items belonging to individuals served. **Requirements:** * Graduates in Education, Social Work, Nursing, or related fields. (Mandatory) * Minimum 6 months of experience working with adults with disabilities (preferred). * Knowledge of care and support for people with disabilities. * Valid driver's license or one currently being processed (mandatory). * High level of responsibility, empathy, and ability to work in a team. * Genuine interest in migrating and working in Spain.
