Job Summary: PRODISE Engineering & Services is seeking a Recruitment and Digital Content Assistant to manage human talent and create engaging content. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end management of recruitment and selection processes RECRUITMENT AND DIGITAL CONTENT ASSISTANT PRODISE Engineering \& Services is looking for a professional to join its Human Talent Management department. REQUIREMENTS * Graduate, bachelor's degree holder, or technical diploma in Psychology, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in personnel recruitment and selection. * Experience in publishing and disseminating job postings. * Proficiency with platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other job boards. * Experience in creating and editing social media content. * Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or other editing tools. * Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Publish and manage job postings across various platforms. * Conduct candidate search, screening, and follow-up. * Maintain an up-to-date applicant database. * Coordinate interviews and monitor the selection process. * Create and edit flyers, reels, and videos for job postings. * Manage recruitment content for Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and WhatsApp. * Support talent attraction strategies and employer branding initiatives.
