Position Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment and Selection Manager with leadership capabilities to design and implement innovative mass recruitment strategies. Key Highlights: 1. Autonomy in department management and an excellent working climate **WE ARE SEEKING A RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION MANAGER** A leading company in the Private Security sector requires a professional with strong leadership skills to manage the Talent Attraction area. **Location:** San Juan de Miraflores, Lima (On-site) **Remuneration:** S/ 4,000.00 to S/ 4,500.00 + Bonuses for achieving targets **YOUR PRIMARY MISSION:** Design and implement innovative mass and administrative recruitment strategies, ensuring operational vacancy coverage within established timeframes and in compliance with sector-specific legal regulations. **WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY?** * Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Proven experience of 3 to 5 years leading mass recruitment (minimum 50 hires per month), preferably in private security, surveillance, or general services companies. * Proficiency in competency-based interviews, assessment centers, and screening of operational profiles. * Knowledge of SUCAMEC regulations and strict verification of background checks and personnel files. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills and experience managing ATS systems. * Leadership ability, strategic thinking, and results-oriented performance under pressure. **WHAT WE OFFER** * Direct enrollment in the full payroll from day one, including all statutory benefits (General Regime). * Monthly financial bonus for achieving coverage objectives. * Continuous training and opportunities for professional growth. * Autonomy in department management and an excellent working climate. **WORK SCHEDULE** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (attendance required only on 2 Saturdays per month). * Fixed day off: Sundays.
