Job Summary: We are seeking responsible recycling operators to sort and process plastic materials, operate basic machinery, and maintain safety in the work area. Key Highlights: 1. Prior experience is not mandatory, as we provide continuous training. **Responsibilities** * Sort and separate recyclable plastic materials according to company-established standards. * Feed recycling lines and assist in washing, shredding, and compacting processes. * Operate basic plant machinery following safety and production procedures. * Conduct visual quality control of recycled material and report any issues to the supervisor. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations within the work area. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education (mandatory) * Immediate availability to work rotating shifts. * Responsible, punctual profile with ability to work effectively in a team. * **With or without prior experience.** Benefits * **Compensation:** PEN 1,130 monthly plus overtime and night shift bonuses. * **Meals:** 100% covered (lunch or dinner depending on shift). * **Formal employment registration:** From day one, including all statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, Life Insurance Law, vacation days). * **Development:** Ongoing training and real opportunities for career advancement within the company.
