Our client, a prominent Peruvian private security company with over 30 years in the market, has entrusted us with the search for a **Regional Operations Manager \- Security and Surveillance** for the Lima and central highlands region. What are the main responsibilities? * Operational Management: Responsible for ensuring the proper delivery of security services within the assigned area, guaranteeing full coverage of posts, shifts, and replacements. Includes implementing security plans, conducting risk analyses, and promptly addressing incidents, emergencies, and contingencies. * Supervision and Control: Focused on field verification of compliance with procedures and security standards, appropriate use of PPE, and staff performance. Also includes protecting client and company assets through periodic inspections. * Personnel Management: Lead, motivate, and develop the operational team, participating in recruitment, onboarding, training, and disciplinary actions. * Client Relations: Aimed at maintaining smooth communication with clients, addressing requests, complaints, and audits. * Administrative Tasks and Reporting: Preparation of management reports, tracking of KPIs, monitoring of operational updates, control of operating costs, and logistics resource management. * Security and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with legal, contractual, and occupational safety regulations, as well as coordinating with authorities in response to significant incidents. What are we looking for? * Professionals trained in the Armed Forces, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Proficiency in MS Office and operational management software. * Knowledge of private security legislation and labor relations. * Experience with control and monitoring systems. * Operational logistics management and cost control. * Ability to prepare management reports and KPIs. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as an operational leader. What are the employment conditions? * Formal payroll registration with all statutory benefits. * On-site work at the office located in Pueblo Libre, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:30. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to provinces.
