Job Summary: Assists in textile machinery operation, supplies raw materials, manages products, maintains the work area, and performs quality verification, following instructions and safety regulations. Completed secondary education and desirable experience in production Position: Production Assistant Main Responsibilities: * Assist in textile machinery operation (loom, warping, etc.). * Supply raw materials (yarns, supplies) to machines. * Remove, organize, and transport in-process or finished products. * Perform cleaning and organization of the work area. * Visually inspect product quality during the process. * Follow instructions from the production supervisor. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Comply with safety regulations and use of PPE. * **Education:** Completed secondary education (minimum) * **Experience:** Desirable in textile or industrial production (not mandatory) * **Knowledge:** * Basic machinery operation (not mandatory) Available to work rotating shifts Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.100\.00 \- S/.200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
