If you are ready for a **new challenge** and wish to join our professional team, we invite you to apply and become part of our story! !Join Our Team! **REQUIREMENTS** **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:** * Graduated in **Civil Engineering**, with **5\*** to 8 years of accumulated experience\* (project management, quality assurance, planning and control of manufacturing processes, resource optimization). * Valid driver’s license A1 (optional) **EXPERIENCE:** * **5 to 8 years** in project management, quality assurance, planning and control of manufacturing processes, **resource optimization**, and leadership within the **civil construction, mining, and metal-mechanical (industrial sheds) sectors**. * Proven ability to achieve early project completion while leading on-site personnel under high workload conditions. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily fabrication and on-site assembly tasks**, participating in inspections, verifying execution quality, and ensuring compliance with drawings, **regulations**, and safety and environmental requirements, thereby guaranteeing adherence to **technical and quality standards** across all processes. * Monitor material and supply availability and their **efficient utilization**, managing resource logistics. * Identify and resolve technical and logistical issues on site, promoting efficient solutions. * **Track project progress, timelines, and resource usage**, preparing periodic reports and communicating progress, incidents, and problems to management and the project team. * **Validate, quantify, and measure project advancement percentages**, overseeing final inspections and formal deliveries. * Direct all activities related to the proper execution of the project, ensuring timely and early completion, cost control, and quality assurance. * Coordinate on-site quality inspections and manage the necessary logistics and resources for proper task execution. **SOFT SKILLS:** * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. * Proactivity, positive attitude, and willingness to face challenges. * Problem-solving and quick decision-making. * Organization and time management. * Adaptability and negotiation skills when interacting with workers and suppliers. * Conflict management and critical thinking. **Send your CV to: recursoshumanos@tecmeing.com** **WORK HOURS** Monday to Friday 8:00 AM \- 6:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM \- 1:00 PM (flexible hours for provincial projects) **WORK LOCATION** Workplace: On-site employment in provinces and/or Lima (if applicable, willingness to undertake short trips per project requirements) Travel availability Position type: Full-time Workplace: On-site employment
