RESIDENT ENGINEER FOR THE SERVICE **Academic Qualifications:** * Professional degree in Civil Engineering. **Required Experience:** * Minimum of **24 months** serving as: * Maintenance Manager or Resident Engineer. * Maintenance Responsible Officer. * Chief Maintenance Engineer. * Supervision Manager or Supervisor. * Monitoring Manager. * Maintenance Manager in periodic maintenance projects. * Maintenance of departmental roads, rural roads, toll roads, transport corridors, or road conservation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Direct and supervise the comprehensive execution of the service. * Plan and control road maintenance activities. * Coordinate human resources, equipment, and materials. * Ensure compliance with contractual deadlines. * Prepare technical reports and progress updates. * Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. **Benefits:** * Full payroll enrollment from day one. * Competitive salary based on experience. * Willingness to travel.
