Safety Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed and registered engineer to supervise and coordinate safety and health activities in projects, preferably in the mining sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of compliance with occupational safety and health plans. 2. Safety training and correction of unsafe acts. 3. Hazard identification and risk assessment (IPERC). REQUIREMENTS: · Electrical, Mining, Chemical, or related Engineering degree; registered and licensed · Experience in projects (mining experience preferred) · Knowledge of safety and OSH regulations · Fieldwork planning and coordination · Familiarity with mining sector procedures RESPONSIBILITIES: · Supervision of compliance with the OSH Plan · Effective communication and correction of unsafe acts · Training (safety talks and workshops) · Hazard identification and risk assessment (IPERC) · Knowledge of current regulations (Supreme Decree No. 024-2016-EM) · Monitoring of PPE usage and safe working conditions · Effective communication and correction of unsafe acts Work Location: On-site employment
