Occupational Safety Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed engineer to supervise and coordinate occupational safety and health in projects, train personnel, and manage risks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead supervision and implementation of the OSH Plan 2. Safety training and risk management 3. Planning and coordination of fieldwork REQUIREMENTS: · Licensed Electrical, Mining, Chemical Engineer or related field, duly registered and authorized · Experience in projects (mining experience preferred) · Knowledge of occupational safety and OSH regulations · Planning and coordination of fieldwork · Familiarity with mining sector procedures RESPONSIBILITIES: · Supervise implementation of the OSH Plan · Effective communication and correction of unsafe acts · Training (safety talks and workshops) · Hazard identification and risk assessment (IPERC) · Knowledge of current regulations (Supreme Decree No. 024\-2016\-EM) · Control of PPE usage and safe working conditions · Effective communication and correction of unsafe acts Salary: S/.3,000\.00 \- S/.5,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
