Opportunity for proactive, responsible, and customer-oriented individuals. **JOB OFFERING** **WhatsApp Sales Agent** **Job Objective** To provide personalized commercial attention via WhatsApp Web, managing sales, order tracking, and customer loyalty, ensuring an efficient, clear, and satisfying shopping experience. **Main Responsibilities:** * Attend to and advise customers via WhatsApp Web, providing clear, accurate, and timely information on products, orders, and delivery timelines. * Manage order tracking, including sending tracking numbers and guidance on deliveries (Lima and provinces). * Validate customer deposits and payments, accurately recording corresponding information. * Register sales in the internal system (official Drive) for invoicing, packing, and dispatch. * Conduct post-sales follow-up, verifying customer satisfaction and the condition of received products. * Resolve inquiries, incidents, or complaints by proposing prompt and appropriate solutions. * Maintain consistent contact with customers to encourage repeat purchases and loyalty. * Prospect new customers and convert inquiries into effective sales. * Stay updated on products, new launches, and promotions. * Coordinate internally with sales and dispatch teams to ensure order fulfillment. **Required Profile** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (basic to intermediate level). * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Clear and courteous communication skills. * Negotiation ability and results orientation. * Experience in digital sales or WhatsApp-based customer service (preferred). **Key Personal Competencies** * **Proactive** individual, with initiative to close sales and generate new opportunities. * **Responsible and organized**, capable of handling sensitive information (payments, customer data). * **Respectful, empathetic, and patient** attitude when interacting with customers. * Customer orientation and commitment to satisfaction. * Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. * Metrics-focused: achievement of sales goals, closing rate, and customer satisfaction level. * Ability to generate recurring sales through strategic follow-up. * Commercial acumen to identify cross-selling opportunities. * Care for brand image in every interaction.
