Achieve sales objectives in accordance with the sales action plan: * Propose a sales work plan. * Establish a portfolio of potential customers. * Promote company recognition and image. Develop customer loyalty. * 3\. Maintain up-to-date records of customer visits, market, competition and innovation: * Keep customer records updated, including products and services. Support product expertise. * 4\. Prepare the appropriate proposal to meet customer needs: * Customize the proposal in collaboration with relevant departments. * Prepare the proposal presentation using communication tools. Define KPIs for each customer. * 5\. Present and adjust the proposal according to company policies. Based on customer requests, with the aim of closing larger deals. * 6\. Formalize and negotiate daily to obtain the purchase order: * Based on existing contract frameworks, including contracts with distributors and agents. * In accordance with pricing policies and methods. In accordance with local legislation and regulations. * 7\. Anticipate future strategic contracts by participating with distributors in pre-sales activities and engaging with decision-makers. Support distributors in their participation in Public or Private Sector tenders and bids, with the objective of securing awards. * 8\. Manage interaction with the plant to organize and schedule after-sales activities. * Address commercial and quality complaints, based on customer requirements, to ensure compliance and customer loyalty. Organize technical-commercial training for customer, distributor and end-customer personnel, based on their needs, to guarantee adequate product knowledge and achieve customer loyalty. * 9\. Develop, organize and disseminate information about customers. 10\. Prepare the Work Plan aligned with the company’s Customer Action Plan. 11\. Build expert market knowledge within the company: * Identify market movements and trends. * Anticipate new product or service developments. * Monitor competitor movements and offerings. * Share market knowledge internally. Anticipate customer needs and market evolution, and accordingly develop solutions. * 12\. Contribute to marketing plan preparation by providing information on strategic customers and the market. 13\.
