Opportunity for growth, learning, and professional development A company specializing in the import and distribution of water meters and hydraulic solutions is seeking a B2B Sales Advisor focused on increasing sales, retaining, and fostering loyalty among a portfolio of corporate clients. **Responsibilities** * Prospect and manage EPS clients, contractors, and B2B clients. * Manage and maintain the assigned client portfolio, ensuring client retention. * Execute sales of products and solutions under pre-established prices and conditions. * Prepare quotations, conduct commercial follow-up, and close sales within the approved framework. * Report business opportunities, market information, and competitor activities. * Conduct in-person commercial visits and meetings in Lima and provinces. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper order fulfillment and service delivery. * Achieve established commercial and billing targets. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a Sales Executive in the water, hydraulic, construction, or related industries (mandatory). * Technical or university degree in Marketing or related fields. * Professional appearance suitable for a corporate environment. * Strong negotiation, communication, and sales closing skills. * Willingness to travel within Peru and abroad. **Benefits** * Compensation: S/ 2,000 base salary \+ performance-based commissions. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Positive work environment and collaborative teamwork. * Job stability and internal support for commercial management. * Opportunity for growth, learning, and professional development within an expanding company.
