Opportunity for professional growth **Field Salesperson – Automotive Parts** **Location:** Lima and provinces **Work Mode:** Field \| Flexible schedule **Job Description** An importer of automotive parts, operating in Lima and maintaining a nationwide sales network, is seeking **Field Salespersons for Cusco** to directly serve automotive parts stores and mechanical workshops. This position targets individuals with a strong **commercial profile**, results orientation, and negotiation skills. **Prior technical knowledge of automotive parts is not mandatory**, as the company provides necessary commercial support and materials. **Responsibilities** * Visit assigned automotive parts stores and mechanical workshops * Present product portfolio and promotions * Distribute price lists * Acquire new customers and retain existing accounts * Achieve monthly sales targets **Requirements** * Prior field sales experience (preferred) * Goal- and results-oriented mindset * Ability to close sales * Proactivity, commitment, and responsibility * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers * Availability for field work **We Offer** * Flexible schedule * Compensation: **base salary \+ commissions** * Potential monthly earnings up to **S/ 2,000**, depending on performance * Growth opportunity Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,025\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
