Job Summary: A leading retail company is seeking a Security and Prevention professional to supervise customer and product entry and exit, and ensure compliance with in-store protocols. Corporate discounts A prominent retail company is currently searching for top talent to fill the **SECURITY AND PREVENTION** position at one of our stores. * **Salary:** Base S/ 1130 \+ Transportation allowance S/ 325 * **Incentives** up to S/300 (Perfect attendance \+ inventory compliance) * **Rotating 8-hour shifts:** 9:00 AM–6:00 PM or 11:00 AM–8:00 PM **(**Monday to Sunday, with 1 day off) * **Position type:** Full-time / Permanent * **Available locations:** Santiago de Surco (near CABITOS train stations) **Requirements:** * Prior experience in security and prevention services at retail stores or other establishments (**minimum 1 year, certified**). * No police, criminal, or judicial records. * Valid DNI or foreigner's ID card. * Immediate availability. **Responsibilities:** * Verify customer entry and exit with our products. * Conduct the appropriate count on the product delivery note when suppliers or customers depart. * Ensure compliance with in-store protocols. * Monitor staff entry and exit at our store. * Perform routine patrols to monitor any incidents within the store. **We Offer:** * Full statutory payroll benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation, Life Insurance Law, etc.) * Timely monthly payments * Fixed location * Corporate discounts * Job stability * Positive work environment Position type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.1,700\.00 per month Application question(s): * Please provide your phone number and WhatsApp number so we may contact you as soon as possible. * In which district do you reside?
