Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service and Security Control Agent to ensure security, manage access control, and assist customers, suppliers, and visitors while maintaining order and delivering courteous service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure security and access control of the premises. 2. Guide customers, suppliers, and visitors with courteous service. 3. Maintain order in common areas and parking zones. **This company belongs to the PUBLIC SECTOR and is currently seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SECURITY CONTROL AGENT \- WORK LOCATION: AV. COLONIAL \- CALLAO.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in security, parking management, store assistance, or concierge services. * Basic computer skills, including basic Excel and operation of other digital devices. * Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure premises security, access control, and smooth flow of customers, suppliers, and visitors by providing guidance, support, and courteous service—ensuring a safe and orderly experience from entry to exit. * Guide customers, suppliers, and visitors on proper vehicle parking. * Open and close store and garage doors. * Assist users (customers, suppliers, or general visitors) in maintaining order and notify the responsible person who summoned them. * Monitor entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, and goods. * Maintain order in common areas and parking zones. * Support during emergencies (evacuation, basic first aid). * Record any incidents or unusual events in the logbook. * Supervise compliance with internal regulations (e.g., no smoking, no blocking access points). * Provide courteous, respectful, and customer-service-oriented interactions. **BENEFITS:** * Monthly salary: S/ 1600\. * Formal employment with full statutory benefits (profit-sharing, CTS, biannual bonus, EsSalud health insurance, vacation days, family allowance). * Pleasant work environment. **Interested candidates meeting the above profile should send their CV to segethmed@ gmail.com with the subject line: Customer Service and Security Control Agent.** Salary: Starting from S/.1,600\.00 per hour Work Location: On-site employment
