Reporting of irregular situations and support in security regulations. **Job Objective** Ensure the security and protection of the concrete plant’s facilities, equipment, materials, and personnel by controlling access and preventing incidents. **Main Responsibilities** * Control entry and exit of personnel, suppliers, and vehicles. * Verify authorizations for plant access. * Monitor plant facilities, equipment, and materials. * Record updates, incidents, and movements in the occurrence logbook. * Immediately report any irregular or risky situation. * Support compliance with security regulations and internal order. * Conduct surveillance rounds according to assigned shift. * Safeguard tools, supplies, and machinery outside operational hours. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a security guard or security agent (preferably in industrial plants or construction sites). * Basic knowledge of access control and security. * Good physical condition. * Availability for rotating or night shifts. * No police or criminal records. **Competencies** * Responsibility and punctuality * Continuous attention and vigilance * Honesty * Ability to respond effectively in emergencies * Good interpersonal skills and communication Work Location: Comas Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
