Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Security Guard to protect assets, facilities, and people by controlling access and reporting incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Surveillance and protection of assets and people within the institution. 2. Control of personnel and visitor entry and exit. 3. Compliance with comprehensive security regulations. Nova Group Services SAC is seeking one (1) SECURITY GUARD with two years of experience in this position. **Requirements**: * Availability for daytime shifts (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.) * Two years of experience as a security guard. * No criminal or police records. (Up-to-date) * Valid National Identity Document (DNI) * Values: Responsibility, punctuality, respectfulness, kindness, and professional appearance. **Responsibilities**: * Monitoring personnel entry and exit. * Conducting surveillance and protection of movable and immovable property, as well as safeguarding individuals present within the institution, carrying out necessary inspections, registrations, and preventive measures. * Controlling visitor and client entry and exit. * Immediately reporting suspicious personnel attempting to enter or having entered the premises. * Adhering to the comprehensive security regulations and procedures established by the institution. **Benefits**: * Enrollment in the General Payroll Regime from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Monthly payments.
