Position Summary: Support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Integrated Management System by preparing records and reports, and providing audit support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support for the implementation and improvement of the Integrated Management System 2. Monitoring of SSOMA and quality plans and procedures 3. Support during internal and external audits **JOB OPENING – INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (IMS) / SAFETY ASSISTANT** **Nazca Energy S.A.C.** Nazca Energy S.A.C., an energy-sector company committed to operational excellence and adherence to high standards in **safety, occupational health, environment, and quality**, is seeking a(n): **INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (IMS) ASSISTANT** **Requirements:** * Graduate in Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years’ experience in Integrated Management Systems (IMS)**. * Advanced knowledge of **ISO 9001 and Integrated Management Systems**. * Proficiency in **Bizagi**. * Intermediate-level proficiency in **Microsoft Office**. * Knowledge of **Power BI**. * Advanced-level proficiency in **Excel**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the **implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Integrated Management System**. * Prepare and update **management records, reports, and indicators**. * Monitor internal **SSOMA and quality plans, programs, and procedures**. * Support **staff training and awareness campaigns**. * Provide support during **internal and external audits**.
