Maintains constant communication with management **SECURITY AGENT** **Job Objective:** Ensure the safety of customers, staff, facilities, equipment, and products by preventing risk situations and promptly addressing any incidents inside and around the establishment. **Main Responsibilities:** * · Monitor and supervise the entry and exit of customers, staff, and suppliers. * · Conduct periodic patrols inside and around the establishment. * · Prevent theft, losses, damages, and risk situations. * · Supervise people's behavior inside the premises. * · Assist in controlling the opening and closing of the establishment. * · Immediately report any incident or suspicious situation. * · Verify that doors, access points, and restricted areas remain under control. * · Provide support during emergencies, evacuations, or basic first aid. * · Maintain constant communication with the store manager or supervisor. * · Prepare reports or records of incidents occurring during the shift. **Requirements** * · Completed secondary education. * · Minimum experience of **6 months to 1 year as a security agent, guard, or loss prevention specialist**. * · Experience in commercial establishments, cafeterias, restaurants, stores, supermarkets, or similar settings **(desirable)**. * · Availability to work rotating shifts. * · Availability to work weekends and holidays. * · Good physical condition. * · No police, criminal, or judicial records. * · Basic handling of emergency situations. **Benefits** * · Formal employment registration from day one. * · Base salary: PEN 1800 (PEN 1130 base \+ fixed bonus) * · Weekly payments every Tuesday, on time. * · Statutory benefits. * · Lunch provided during working hours. * · Positive work environment. * · Ongoing training. * · Opportunities for growth and development within the company. * · Job stability. * · Working hours: 10:45 am to 10:45 pm If interested, apply via Indeed or send your CV to 913538525 Salary: PEN 1,500.00 \- PEN 1,800.00 per month Application Question(s): * What district do you currently reside in? * Do you agree with the job conditions?
