Administrative support, supply control, and facility supervision At **ARGOS CORPORATION S.A.C.**, we are looking for a **Security, Reception, and Access Control Assistant** to join our team on a **100% in-person basis**. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Access Control and Attendance:** Greet at the main entrance, record entry/exit times for staff, visitors, and suppliers, and prepare the weekly attendance sheet in Excel. * **Security and Monitoring:** Monitor the office surveillance camera system and verify secured access points. * **Administrative and Office Support:** Receive documents and correspondence, manage the office supply inventory (stationery/supplies), assist with warehouse stocktaking, and provide general support as requested by Management. * **Facility Supervision:** Ensure order, cleanliness, and proper functioning of general services and office requirements. **Requirements:** * Experience in reception, access control, office security, or administrative support. * Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency. * Punctual, proactive, observant, and service-oriented individual. * Availability to work in the Surco district. * Motorcycle operation capability and valid driver's license (Desirable, not mandatory). **Working Conditions:** * **Salary:** S/ 1,300.00 monthly. * **Benefits:** Formal employment registration from day one under the MYPE (Microenterprise) regime. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Work Location:** In-person \- Alejandro Velasco Astete N°3525, Santiago de Surco.
