Job Summary: AX ARCHERY seeks responsible and attentive individuals to supervise the shooting range, guide visitors, and ensure safe and organized training sessions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise the shooting range and ensure safety. 2. Guide students and visitors on rules and circulation. 3. Maintain order during activities and secure the area. **Do you enjoy maintaining order, ensuring safety, and working in a sports environment?** **At AX ARCHERY, we seek responsible, attentive, and positive individuals to supervise the shooting range, guide our visitors, and help ensure every training session proceeds safely and efficiently.** **SCHEDULE:** **Saturday and Sunday:** 8:40 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. **COMPENSATION:** **S/ 400.00 monthly** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in preparing the training range. * Control access and supervise compliance with safety regulations. * Guide students and visitors on permitted zones and circulation routes. * Monitor sessions and promptly report any risk situations to the instructor or coordinator. * Secure the shooting area and maintain order during activities. * Assist in transporting and acquiring materials when required. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Responsibility, commitment, and willingness to learn. * Completed secondary education or technical studies (ongoing, incomplete, or completed). * Minimum 3 months of experience in similar roles (preferred). * If you lack experience but possess a positive attitude, **we will train you**. * Having practiced any sport is an added advantage. **WE OFFER:** * Formal employment registration. * Ongoing training. * Growth opportunities. * Performance bonus upon successful completion of the probationary period. * Excellent work environment based on respect, discipline, and teamwork.
