Lead technical execution and site supervision. 2. Coordinate the construction team and subcontractors. 3. Ensure quality standards and safety regulations. At **URBAN Arquitectos**, a construction firm specialized in high-standard corporate and residential projects, we are looking for a **Site Engineer** to lead technical execution, ensuring quality, control, and timely completion of the **Punta Negra Multifamily Project.** **Main Responsibilities** * Direct and supervise technical construction execution according to drawings and specifications. * Monitor schedule, budget, and physical progress. * Coordinate and lead the construction team and subcontractors. * Ensure quality standards and compliance with safety regulations. * Manage valuations, quantity take-offs, and cost control. * Prepare weekly progress reports for management and clients. * Represent URBAN Arquitectos technically before clients. * Represent URBAN Arquitectos with sound technical judgment and professional competence. **Required Profile** * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer. * Minimum 3 years of experience as Site Engineer on similar projects. * Experience in cost and schedule control. **Proficiency in:** * AutoCAD * MS Project * Advanced Excel * Structural reading and interpretation * Knowledge of Peruvian technical regulations and construction management. **Key Competencies** * Strong field leadership. * High level of organization and control. * Ability to make decisions under pressure. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to deadlines. * Executive communication with corporate clients. * Proactivity and preventive approach. **Conditions** * Employment type: Full-time – Permanent * Work modality: On-site (Punta Negra) * Immediate start Work location: On-site employment
