Position Summary: We are seeking a Specialty Engineer to prepare electrical drawings, quantity take-offs, unit price analysis, and technical files for tenders. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in project and tender preparation. 2. Responsible for updating and developing technical files. 3. Collaboration and follow-up with suppliers and clients. **Specialty Engineer\- Tenders** **Requirements** · Licensed Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineer. · Proficiency in AutoCAD. · Proficiency in S10 budgeting software. · Basic knowledge of mechanical installations, low-voltage systems, fire protection systems (ACI), and sanitary installations. · Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. **Responsibilities** · Responsible for updating and preparing electrical drawings for approved projects. · Evaluate projects to perform civil works and related quantity take-offs for installation tenders. · Conduct unit price analysis in S10 for projects under tender. · Prepare the Technical File for tenders (schedule in MS Project, work plan, value-loaded schedule, and others). · Willingness to travel to provinces for technical site visits to ongoing projects or tenders, and to prepare technical reports. · Coordinate and monitor quotations from various suppliers. · Proactive in reconciliations and compatibility checks with designers, suppliers, and/or client justifications across different projects.
