This is your opportunity to make an impact and rise above the possible. **Job posting end date:** 22\.06\.2026 **Job Objective:** Provide support and execute tasks required by the customer, provided they are directly related to the assigned business line; assuming technical-operational and safety responsibility for the work performed; ensuring compliance with the Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management System guidelines. **Key Responsibilities:** Provide technical support for the assigned line(s), either remotely or on-site at mines as required, ensuring timely and efficient service to the commercial area. Prepare technical analyses and solution proposals for customers; develop technical reports or presentations for customers; and provide field advisory services. Conduct root-cause analysis for identified failures and issue corresponding reports. Comply with and enforce company safety procedures. Execute the weekly technical support program for the assigned area and/or line. Undertake technical support trips to customers as required. Review and process assigned tickets within the TS HUB platform. Approve and issue warranty reports and/or failure analysis reports generated. Visit Metso customers’ facilities. Approve, issue, and maintain records of important work reports. Meet and monitor KPIs for safety, PDD, and other metrics assigned by the company. Identify and centralize opportunities for improvement of our components and equipment, aligned with the operational context at each of our customers. Provide feedback to the global team. Continuously update the TS HUB and the area’s SharePoint with information generated from executed work. Participate in training sessions scheduled by the company. Enter and update leads identified in the field into Salesforce. Collaborate and participate in technical events organized by the company. Channel customer requirements to responsible personnel for lines or products in other departments. Monitor on-site, in-transit, and in-factory inventory of spare parts for equipment in the assigned line. Identify and report new customer operational improvement projects, as well as general competitor initiatives. **To succeed, you must meet the following requirements:** Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related university programs. 5 years of professional experience performing similar roles in the hydrocyclone and pump sector. Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency. Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Knowledge and experience analyzing operational logic, diagnostic parameters, and failure modes for assessing pump and hydrocyclone health. Knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems across equipment in general. Knowledge of pump and hydrocyclone balancing and simulation. Interpretation and simulation of classification and slurry pumping circuit processes. Interpretation of drawings, technical schematics, and specialized information per applicable standards and specifications. Knowledge of mining operations and metallurgical processes. Intermediate–advanced proficiency in JKSIMMET and/or MolyCoop.
