Position Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Engineer to develop, implement, and supervise the Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental Management System (SSOMA) Plan, verify regulatory compliance, and organize training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and supervise the SSOMA Plan 2. Verify compliance with the Internal Regulation on Occupational Safety and Health (RISST) 3. Organize training sessions and awareness campaigns We are currently seeking a qualified SSOMA Engineer. REQUIREMENTS: DEGREE HOLDER IN INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING, SAFETY ENGINEERING, MECHANICAL ENGINEERING, MINING ENGINEERING, ETC. Minimum 2 years of experience as a safety supervisor or safety engineer. Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health legislation (Law No. 29783 and its regulations), workplace inspections, and related topics. Willingness to travel. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Develop, implement, and supervise the Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental Management System (SSOMA) Plan. \- Verify compliance with the Internal Regulation on Occupational Safety and Health (RISST). \- Organize training sessions, inductions, and awareness campaigns on Occupational Safety and Health. \- Manage documentation and records of the Management System. \- Prepare technical reports and monitor preventive and corrective actions. \- Keep internal regulations up to date and advise various departments on Occupational Safety and Health matters. Salary: S/.3,500\.00 \- S/.4,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
