At Transporte Los Hunos, we are looking for an SSOMA Supervisor willing to demonstrate and act with willingness to work and efficiency, ensuring compliance with current regulations and promoting a preventive culture throughout the organization. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Quality standards. * Conduct inspections, internal audits, and follow-up on findings. * Develop and update SSOMA procedures, instructions, and records. * Manage training sessions, safety talks, and staff inductions. * Conduct incident, accident, and corrective action investigations and follow-up. * Develop and update IPERC matrices and related documentation. * Supervise proper use of PPE and compliance with safety regulations. * Coordinate with various departments to implement SSOMA-related improvements. * Support standardization, audit, and certification processes. **Competencies:** * Leadership. * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Analytical ability. * Proactivity and results orientation.
