Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations, including IPERC development and document management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations 2. Develop IPERC and manage documentation 3. Conduct training and induction activities **Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations stipulated in current legislation to prevent workplace incidents * Comply with and enforce policies related to Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment * Develop IPERC * Manage, prepare, and register documents requested by the department * Conduct activities related to training, inductions, seminars, campaigns, etc. * Perform other related or complementary duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Minimum 1 year of experience in Occupational Safety and Health * Specialized studies or a diploma in Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Intermediate Excel, Outlook) * Immediate availability **Skills:** * Planning and Control Ability * Analytical Thinking * Process Optimization * Communication * Teamwork **Salary based on evaluation** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
