**Job Description:** A growing company in the fields of architecture and engineering is seeking an SSOMA Supervisor who meets the following profile: **Requirements:** * **Bachelor’s degree or graduate** in Architecture, Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields (documented) * Minimum **6 months to 1 year** of experience as an SSOMA Supervisor or Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist with **valid occupational certification** * Knowledge of current occupational safety and health regulations * Knowledge of high-risk work (e.g., working at heights, electrical work, hot work, lifting operations, civil works, etc.) (certified) * Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) training courses, assembly/disassembly, working at heights (certificate or diploma) * Availability to work in districts of Lima and/or provinces (project-based) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break); Saturday, 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM **Responsibilities:** * Assign personnel responsible for each project activity and monitor their tasks. * Ensure compliance with the technical specifications for products and services defined by the client on site. * Compile and communicate all required materials and resources for the project to the Warehouse and Procurement departments for processing. * Supervise daily activities and personnel. * Accompany and monitor each assembly or task to verify proper use of tools, resources, and procedures established by the company. * Maintain photographic records of on-site activities for inclusion in the final report. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
