Position Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Supervisor for construction projects, responsible for supervising safety, occupational health, and environmental matters, including training, inspections, and risk management. Comprehensive risk management and staff training HPD CONTRACTORS GENERAL SAC, engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of Tempered Glass, Insulated Glass, Aluminum Joinery, Accessories, among others, seeks top talent to fill the position of: **SSOMA SUPERVISOR**\- CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS **REQUIREMENTS:** * Licensed and registered Environmental Engineer or related field, with a minimum of 02 years of professional registration * Minimum 02 years of experience on construction sites (mandatory) * Postgraduate diploma in safety * Experience supervising high-risk activities (work at height, suspended scaffolding, multidirectional scaffolding) * Experience on state-funded projects and preparing safety dossiers * Experience implementing ISO 14001 * Experience entering data into SIGERSOL; having undergone OEFA supervision * Knowledge of labor legislation **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct daily safety briefings and staff training at various locations as assigned by the supervisor * Train and instruct both direct employees and subcontractors on established occupational safety and health procedures and controls * Identify, report, and implement measures to control and/or reduce risks identified in work areas * Inspect the use and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) * Manage PPE distribution, replacement due to loss, and record monthly consumption * Conduct scheduled SSOMA inspections (fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, signage, PPE, collective protective equipment (CPE), first-aid kits, vehicles, forklifts, tools, safety data sheets, etc.) * Verify that employees and/or subcontractors hold valid SCTR and EMO certificates * Supervise and inspect pre-use checks of equipment for high-risk activities (hot work, work at height, confined space work, and/or work with suspended loads, where applicable) * Conduct new employee induction upon hiring in coordination with HR and throughout their employment * Report SSOMA statistics and monitor implementation of preventive measures * Supervise safety and environmental conditions during material loading and unloading **BENEFITS:** * Formal payroll enrollment from day one * Full social benefits * Construction site working hours * Birthday leave APPLY THROUGH THIS CHANNEL IF YOU MEET THE PROFILE.
