What will be your mission? Ensure the store achieves its business targets through efficient management of the team, operations, customer service, and inventory control. ️ Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and develop the store team. Ensure achievement of sales targets and service-level standards. Manage store opening and closing procedures. Supervise proper product display and distribution. Monitor staff attendance, performance, and appearance. Track stock levels, inventories, shrinkage, and transfers. Supervise cash-handling processes, bank deposits, and commercial documentation. Ensure compliance with operational, administrative, and safety procedures. Maintain store order, cleanliness, and visual presentation. The selected candidate will cover scheduled days off for coordinators across various stores, according to assigned zone and schedule. **Coverage Zones:** **EAST:** Complejo, San Carlos, San Juan, Chimú 1, and Chimú 2\. **SOUTH:** Aviación 1, Aviación 2, Villa María, Surco, and Chorrillos. **NORTH:** Ventanilla, Puente Piedra, Independencia, and Breña. **CENTER:** Andahuaylas, Puno, Ceres, and Chosica. ✅ Requirements Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in supervisory or coordination roles within retail companies. Knowledge of sales, customer service, and inventory management.
