Guarantee an excellent customer experience **Job Description** ---------------------- Oversee the store comprehensively, leading the team and ensuring sales, operational efficiency, and an excellent customer experience. * Supervise and coordinate daily store operations. * Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team (shift scheduling, performance, training). * Ensure high-quality customer service and effective resolution of complaints. * Achieve and enforce sales targets, KPIs, and monthly goals. * Manage inventory: merchandise receiving, stock control, shrinkage, and restocking. * Ensure proper product display according to visual merchandising guidelines. * Monitor cash handling, cash counts, daily closings, and compliance with internal procedures. * Maintain store order, cleanliness, and proper presentation. * Comply with safety regulations, internal policies, and company procedures. * Prepare sales and performance reports for management. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within the industry. * Experience leading work teams (more than 5 people). * Availability to work rotating shifts under a 5x2 schedule (rotating days off) in San Borja. * Technical or university education (preferred). * Basic or intermediate Excel skills. * Ability to work with performance indicators. **Selection Process** ------------------------ Our selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
