Job Summary: Supervises and verifies the correct execution of installations, maintenance, and quality standards in fiber optic networks, training and reporting to field technical personnel. Key Highlights: 1. Field supervision and quality control of fiber optic network installations. 2. Training and technical staff reinforcement on installation standards. 3. Fault tracking and preparation of installation reports. We are a telecommunications company with over 30 years in the market, working with fiber optic, satellite network, microwave, and other providers across Peru. **Requirements:** * Electronics, telecommunications, networking, or related technical degree. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Work experience in installation, configuration, uninstallation, and maintenance of fiber optic networks and equipment. * Work experience supervising field technical crews. * Must reside in the Rímac district or Cercado de Lima. * Valid driver's license. * Immediate availability. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday with one rotating day off. * Basic Occupational Health and Safety training or certification (desirable). **Responsibilities:** * Supervise proper use of PPEs and tools authorized by client Win. * Supervise field execution by crews responsible for fiber optic services. * Verify compliance with installation standards and requirements specified by client Win. * Supervise proper quality verification of supplied materials and their correct installation. * Conduct training and reinforcement on the Win Last Mile installation standard process. * Supervise, monitor, and report field installations and technical visits performed by crews. * Prepare reports on supervised installations and visits. * Track faults reported under warranty and reinforce technical staff on root causes. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Conditions and Benefits:** * Work schedule: Monday through Sunday with one rotating day off. * 90% field work and 10% office work. * Salary: S/2,000 on full payroll. * Ongoing training.
