Supervision and management of local third-party processes (external accounting and payroll outsourcing) and internal SSC (TCS). 11\. Support internal, external, and tax audits. 12\. Experience supporting and submitting transfer pricing reports (with regional support and external advisors). 13\. Interact and coordinate with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting teams. 14\. Coordinate local and corporate financial closings. 15\. Ensure payroll-related costs, provisions, and cost reconciliation are properly recorded. 16\. Experience in monthly payroll processing, calculations, and settlements. 17\. Knowledge of CTS, bonuses, and employee profit-sharing calculations. 18\. Knowledge of social security settlements, payroll taxes, and PLAME. **Requirements:**Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with professional registration. Experience as Senior Analyst, Senior Accountant, Coordinator, or Supervisor. Reporting to other countries. **Knowledge:** Account analysis, expense control, and provision management. Tax regulations and IFRS. Solid intermediate to advanced English (assessed, but not mandatory). ERP/Oracle software.
