Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Supervisor for a mining project, responsible for supervising lifting operations and mine safety with leadership and proactivity. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 7 years of experience in mining and 5 years of certified lifting experience 2. Certified Lifting Supervisor 3. Active professional registration in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, and/or related fields **GERCAR S.A.C.**, a company specializing in hydraulic crane rental services, serving major national projects across the **mining**, construction, energy, and industrial sectors. A construction / civil works company headquartered in Lima, currently expanding, we are seeking qualified professionals to fill the position of **OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR \- ANTAMINA PROJECT**. **Requirements**: Minimum experience in the role: **07 years in mining** (at a mining unit) ***CERTIFIED LIFTING SUPERVISOR*** Certified experience in **lifting: 05 years** Strong achievement orientation, order, organization, and excellent interpersonal relationships with internal and external clients. Supervise in accordance with Mine Safety guidelines. Active Authorization \- Yellow Sheet (non-exclusive) Immediate availability. Valid driver's license (mandatory) Work under a 2 x 1 mine system Reside in Lima (non-exclusive) **EDUCATION** Active and authorized professional registration in INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING, MECHANICAL-ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING, and/or related fields. * Professional registration held for **more than 5 years, no less**. Knowledge of SSOMA Ability to develop and implement operational environmental management plans. Willingness to work nationwide, including provinces; proactivity and leadership Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.5,000\.00 \- S/.5,500\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
