Customer coordination and quality assurance At SAVIA \- People and Organizations, we are looking for an: **HVAC OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR** We seek a professional capable of leading technical teams, coordinating field operations, and ensuring operational continuity of services delivered to diverse clients. **LOCATION AND SCHEDULE:** * Lima District (On-site). * Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm \| Saturdays, 8:00 am to 1:30 pm. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Technician in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanics, Electricity, Electromechanics, or related fields. · Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC or air conditioning/climatization/refrigeration system maintenance companies. · Minimum 1 year of experience leading teams as Operations Supervisor or Maintenance Supervisor. · Desired experience managing operations for multiple clients. · Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety and Microsoft Office proficiency. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Supervise and lead technical teams in executing HVAC maintenance services. · Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. · Ensure equipment operability and adherence to service level agreements. · Prepare management reports and operational summaries. · Coordinate directly with customers regarding service scheduling and follow-up. · Ensure compliance with quality, occupational health, and safety standards. **BENEFITS AND CONDITIONS:** · Enrollment in MYPE payroll from day one. · Opportunity to assume a leadership role in HVAC operations and technical team management.
