Job Summary: We are seeking an HSE Supervisor Engineer to oversee telecommunications tower operations, ensuring field safety and managing risk prevention. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of safety during work at height and telecommunications. 2. Development and implementation of safety plans and procedures. 3. Staff training and promotion of a preventive safety culture. **Job Description** We are currently seeking an **HSE Supervisor Engineer** for a temporary project in the hydrocarbons sector, focused on supervising work at telecommunications towers. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with safety standards during field operations—particularly **work at height**—while managing risk prevention and technical staff training. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop the **safety plan** and operational procedures for executing work at height. * Supervise compliance with **safety regulations, proper use of PPE, and established protocols** during field activities. * Train technical staff on **safety procedures, rescue at height, and emergency response**. * Conduct safety inspections before and during activities to verify **safe working conditions**. * Inspect and approve **personal protective equipment, tools, and access to telecommunications towers**. * Deliver **safety talks and training sessions to personnel prior to commencement of work**. * Prepare **safety reports and documentation**, including incident and field observation records. * Promote a preventive safety culture and supervise compliance with **project and client safety standards**. **Mandatory Requirements** * **Licensed and registered engineer** in **industrial, chemical, mining**, or related disciplines. * Minimum **3 years’ experience in industrial safety applied to work at height and telecommunications**. * Experience in **occupational risk prevention and field safety management**. * Experience in **developing risk management plans and safety procedures**. * Experience in **rescue at height and first aid**. * Experience in preparing **technical documentation and safety reports**. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in projects within the **hydrocarbons, energy, or telecommunications sectors**. * Certification in **work at height**. * Certification in **industrial safety or field safety supervision**. * Experience supervising **work on telecommunications towers or structures**.
