Position Summary: Supervise and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring quality and safety standards, and operational continuity. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in installation, operation, and maintenance of HVAC systems. **Position Objective** Supervise and coordinate HVAC system installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and scheduled timelines, guaranteeing proper execution of work and operational continuity of equipment. **Academic Qualifications** * Technical or university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Specialization or diploma in HVAC, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration systems. * Desirable training in Occupational Health and Safety and Maintenance Management. **Experience** * Minimum five (05\) years of experience in installation, operation, and maintenance of HVAC systems. * Experience supervising technical personnel and coordinating field activities. * Desirable experience in industrial, commercial, or mining projects. **Technical Knowledge** * Air conditioning and ventilation systems. * VRF/VRV equipment, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, exhaust fans, and ductwork. * Interpretation of mechanical drawings and electrical diagrams. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems. * Use of measurement and diagnostic instruments. * Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. * Knowledge of BMS (Building Management System) (desirable). * Ability to perform thermal load calculations, equipment selection, duct sizing, airflow calculation, pressure loss estimation, and material estimation for HVAC projects. * Preparation and review of technical reports and valuations. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair activities. * Coordinate and lead assigned technical personnel. * Verify that work is executed per drawings, technical specifications, and established procedures. * Monitor activity progress and prepare supervision reports. * Manage material, equipment, and tool requirements. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Participate in equipment functional testing and commissioning. * Coordinate with other disciplines involved in projects. * Identify improvement opportunities to optimize system efficiency and reliability. **Salary Range – General Regime (Payroll)** * **S/ 2,800\.00 to S/ 3,000\.00 monthly**, depending on candidate’s experience and competencies.
