Positive work environment and continuous training **Main Responsibilities** Receive finished garments and coordinate the packing process for export. Supervise and verify the assembly of hang tags and barcodes according to customer and destination requirements, as specified in the Packing List and technical sheet. Verify quantities on the packing list and entry guides by performing physical counts. Coordinate with packing assistants on sealing, strapping, and stacking of boxes. Prepare packing lists and coordinate shipments via freight transport and courier. Schedule purchase order (PO) sequences according to the dispatch timeline. Train new staff on packing processes and standards. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and good warehousing practices. **Required Profile** **Education:** Completed secondary education (technical studies in logistics, administration, or related fields preferred). **Technical Knowledge:** Intermediate Excel, Google Sheets, logistics documentation management. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of packing experience in textile or export companies. **Competencies:** Leadership, assertive communication, organization, people management, results orientation.
