Incident management and coordination of preventive/corrective actions **POSITION: SSOMA SUPERVISOR – CIVIL WORKS** **MG Transporte Ingeniería Servicios**, with **RUC 20611962747**, is seeking an **SSOMA Supervisor** to join our team on construction projects, oriented toward ensuring compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental standards at construction sites. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) standards at construction sites. * Develop and implement SSOMA Management Systems (safety, health, and environmental plans). * Identify hazards, assess risks (IPERC), and propose control measures. * Conduct daily safety talks (5\-10 minute briefings). * Monitor proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and compliance with the Workers’ Compensation Insurance (SCTR). * Manage incidents, reports, and SSOMA documentation. * Coordinate preventive and corrective actions onsite. * Ensure compliance with current legal regulations regarding safety and environment. **REQUIREMENTS** * **Bachelor’s degree or graduate** in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Minimum 3 years of DOCUMENTED experience** in **SSOMA** within **construction projects**. * Experience in developing and implementing SSOMA Management Systems. * Knowledge of current legal regulations on Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental Protection. * Proficiency in management tools: **IPERC, ATS, PPE control**, etc. * Competency in **first aid and fire extinguisher usage**. **WORKING CONDITIONS** * Work modality: Onsite at construction site * Site location: Manchay Alto * Work schedule: Full-time * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **APPLICATION** Interested candidates must submit their **documented CV** and **salary expectations** to: trabajomgobras@gmail.com We seek professionals committed to worksite safety and continuous improvement of processes.
