**Required Education:** * Degree holder and licensed professional in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year of experience performing SSOMA Supervisor duties in building construction or civil works * Experience preparing SSOMA documentation for **construction projects (Norma G050)** **Knowledge:** * Tools and techniques for effective occupational safety and health management * Implementation of SSOMA in construction projects * Knowledge of current legal regulations: Law No. 29783 and its Supreme Decree No. 005-2012-TR, “Regulation on Occupational Safety and Health” * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office * Strong report writing and presentation skills **Other Requirements:** * Willingness to work both on-site and in the office * Willingness to travel within provinces (occasionally) **Responsibilities:** * Monitor compliance with Law No. 29783, “Occupational Safety and Health Law”, and implement SSOMA management tools across assigned projects * Update, review, submit, and track occupational safety and health documentation in accordance with Law No. 29783 and supplementary regulations applicable to construction projects * Establish safety standards and procedures aligned with the company’s safety policies * Ensure compliance with safety conditions to safeguard the lives and physical integrity of company employees and contractors * Promote a culture of occupational risk prevention * Measure (through on-site inspections) and periodically evaluate performance against occupational safety and health policies and procedures * Follow up on safety and health recommendations and observations issued to contractors * Attend meetings with clients’ SSOMA representatives * Support supervision and verification of fire door installation quality **Benefits:** * Formal payroll registration from the first day of employment * General labor regime * Payment of statutory social benefits Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,200.00 – S/.2,500.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in the SSOMA field? * The salary range is subject to evaluation within S/.2,300–S/.2,700; do you agree?
