Promotion of a prevention culture and continuous improvement **Inversiones Merma** is looking to incorporate an **SSOMA Supervisor** into its team to supervise SSOMA activities for the services we provide to our clients in Moquegua. We seek a professional with field experience, leadership skills, and a strong orientation toward prevention, safety, and SSOMA standard compliance. **Requirements** * Engineer in **Safety, Industrial, Environmental Engineering, or related fields**. * **Graduated, licensed, and authorized**. * Minimum 3 **years of experience** in SSOMA, Safety, HSE, or similar roles. * Experience in **field personnel and operations supervision**. * Knowledge of Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment. * Experience in inspections, training, document management, and corrective action follow-up. * **Residence in Moquegua**. * Proactive, organized professional with leadership abilities and capacity to make decisions in the field. Main Responsibilities * Supervise compliance with **SSOMA** standards and procedures in assigned projects. * Conduct inspections, identify risks, and follow up on corrective actions. * Train and guide personnel on safety, health, and environmental topics. * Verify compliance with management tools and operational controls. * Prepare SSOMA management reports and summaries. * Promote a culture of prevention and continuous improvement.
