Job Summary: We are seeking a Swimming Instructor to foster a participatory, safe, and respectful environment, adapting instruction according to students' skill levels. Key Responsibilities: 1. Foster a participatory and safe learning environment during classes 2. Adapt teaching routines according to participants' skill levels and progress 3. Supervise the swimming pool and ensure compliance with safety regulations The Young Men's Christian Association of Peru (YMCA Peru) is seeking top talent to fill the position of: **SWIMMING INSTRUCTOR.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct swimming sessions in accordance with YMCA’s schedule and educational approach. * Foster a participatory, safe, and respectful learning environment during classes. * Adapt teaching routines according to participants’ skill levels and progress. * Deliver swimming lessons tailored to students’ age, skill level, and objectives. * Implement safety measures and promote inclusion during activities. * Supervise the swimming pool and ensure compliance with safety regulations. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently studying, graduated, or holding a technical degree in Sports Science or related fields * 3 to 6 months of prior experience as a Swimming Instructor * Availability to work in Pueblo Libre * Availability to work **Monday through Saturday, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.** **BENEFITS:** * Salary: **S/800.00 - S/960.00** * Formal payroll under the General Regime starting on Day 1 * Ongoing training opportunities * Pleasant working environment Salary: S/.880.00 - S/.960.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
