Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Coordinator to manage SQL Server databases, develop PowerBuilder applications, and oversee the technological infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administration and support of Microsoft SQL Server databases. 2. Development and optimization of PowerBuilder applications. 3. Management of Windows Server systems and video surveillance systems. **At Electro Andina, we are currently looking for a Systems Coordinator** **1. Main Responsibilities:** * Administer and provide support for **Microsoft SQL Server databases**, including installation, configuration, queries, optimization, backup, and restoration. * Develop, maintain, and optimize **PowerBuilder applications** integrated with SQL Server. * Participate in the **analysis, design, and documentation of information systems** supporting institutional processes. * Administer and monitor **Windows Server systems**, managing users, permissions, security policies, and shared resources. * **Perform and verify backups of file servers, databases, and other critical systems**, ensuring data integrity and availability. * Configure, maintain, and provide support for **IP telephony (VoIP) systems**. * Supervise, configure, and maintain the **video surveillance system (IP cameras, DVR/NVR)**. * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on computers, printers, and peripherals. * Address **user incidents and requests** regarding hardware, software, and connectivity. * **Coordinate with technology and communications providers (Internet)** for procurement, maintenance, or technical support of equipment, licenses, network links, and technological services. * Collaborate in the **implementation of technology projects**, ensuring compatibility, security, and compliance with institutional standards. * Prepare **technical documentation, incident reports, and operational procedures** for the IT department. **2. Job Requirements:** **Academic Qualifications:** * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in **Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Computing**. **3. Technical Knowledge:** * **Systems analysis and design:** requirements gathering, functional modeling, flowcharts, UML, and technical documentation. * **SQL Server:** T-SQL queries, administration, monitoring, backup/restore, and basic optimization. * **PowerBuilder:** development, maintenance, and database connectivity. * **Windows Server:** Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and shared resources. * **IP Telephony:** configuration of PBX systems (Asterisk, 3CX, Issabel, or others). * **IP Cameras:** configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of video surveillance systems. * **LAN/WAN Networks:** basic configuration of routers, switches, access points, and Internet connections. * **Hardware Maintenance:** basic diagnosis and repair of PCs and peripherals. * **Quality Management:** knowledge of **ISO 9001:2015** standards and participation in audits. * **Vendor Management:** contract tracking, technical support, licenses, and connectivity. * **Backup Management:** planning, execution, and verification of corporate data backups. **Join our team!** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 \- S/.2,500.00 per month Application Questions: * Indicate your availability to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. * Indicate your salary expectation for this position (If left blank, your application will be disqualified). * Indicate your availability to work in the Los Olivos district (near Paradero 3 Postes).
