**Position Purpose:**
To support the operational tasks of the Information Technology unit, contributing to the appropriate use of IT platforms and procedures by staff members.
**What Challenges Await You?**
· Support for IT support activities.
· Assistance in preparing and submitting the monthly progress report on assigned activities according to the schedule.
· Participation in and promotion of institutional IT policies during onboarding processes.
· Support in updating the inventory database / analysis of appropriate usage of IT assets in Lima and provincial offices.
· Participation in trainings, workshops, and instructional meetings aimed at strengthening your capabilities and knowledge in the support area (as required).
· Support in monitoring/correcting data and telephone networks to ensure proper functionality across offices.
· Support in monitoring/correcting office productivity tools and mandatory security software (Zscaler, SentinelOne, MEEC) to ensure proper functionality.
**We Would Like You to Meet the Following Requirements:**
· Graduate or student in the final two cycles of Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, or related fields.
Desirable experience in the field.
· Advanced proficiency in office productivity tools, e.g., Microsoft Office 365.
· Proficiency in Windows 11 and Android operating systems.
· Knowledge of computer hardware.
· Knowledge of structured cabling and data networking.
· Familiarity with computer diagnostic tools.
· Familiarity with remote support and virtual meeting tools.
· Availability to work onsite at the Jesús María office.
