Job Summary: We are seeking technicians in electronics, telecommunications, or related fields, with varying levels of experience, for technical and audiovisual installations. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and quality orientation * Technician in electronics, telecommunications, or related field. * Precision and organization. * Strong communication and coordination across different departments. * Teamwork. * Operational discipline. * Quality orientation. * Ability to resolve field issues. * Minimum experience required: Junior Technician: 1–2 years in technical installations (electrical, cabling, AV, or telecom). * Assist in assembly and disassembly of structures, conduits, and cabling. * Handle basic tools. * Provide support to the AV Technician during installations. Intermediate Technician: 3–5 years in audiovisual integration or similar. * Perform AV equipment installations (screens, projectors, cameras, audio systems, matrix switchers). * Execute structured cabling, conduit routing, and mounting. * Conduct basic functionality tests. * Document completed work and fill out required forms. Senior Technician: More than 5 years in complex AV integration (corporate environments, auditoriums, video walls, etc.). * Lead assigned installation teams. * Execute medium-to-high complexity installations. * Ensure operational safety and proper equipment handling. * Validate installation and testing checklists. * Prepare technical installation reports. * Serve as the on-site/field point of contact. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Report progress, risks, and timelines to Coordination and Supervision. Salary: S/.1,500.00 – S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
