Job Summary: We are seeking a Tool Assistant for equipment maintenance, control, and inventory in Surco, with availability to travel within Lima. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of equipment maintenance and calibration **ACIS PROCESS**, a company specializing in **Mechanical Ventilation and Environmental Control**, is looking for a **Tool Assistant** for its office in **Surco**. **Requirements:** * Technician graduate or incomplete student in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * 3 to 6 months of experience conducting workshop tool inventories. * Availability to work in Surco and travel to various districts of Lima. **Responsibilities:** * Perform maintenance and quality control to ensure proper functioning of tools and equipment. * Receive, identify, and properly store tools and equipment. * Issue and receive tools from technical staff using standardized forms or control systems. * Verify the condition and functionality of tools before and after each service. * Maintain up-to-date physical and digital warehouse inventory. * Record tool receipts, issuances, loans, and returns. * Report damaged, lost, or tools requiring maintenance or calibration. * Coordinate equipment dispatch for preventive, corrective maintenance, or calibration. * Maintain a clean, organized, and clearly labeled warehouse following the 5S methodology. * Prepare tool kits according to the requirements of each Work Order (OTI). * Assist in receiving materials and equipment purchased by the company. * Conduct periodic and general inventories. * Identify tool and consumable replenishment needs. * Comply with Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) standards. * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Salary: Up to S/ 1,500 for candidates with 2 years of experience.
